I joined but never got the confirmation email

Our list is double opt-in: joining sends you an email with a link, and you are not actually subscribed until you click it. If that email never arrived:

• Check your spam or junk folder, and your Promotions tab in Gmail.
• Search your mail for Kookyi rather than scrolling.
• Check for a typo in the address you entered — one wrong character and the email went somewhere else entirely.
• Wait a few minutes. It is usually instant but can be delayed.

Still nothing? Join again with the same address — it will not create a duplicate — or write to hello@kookyi.com and we will sort it out. Marking the email as "not spam" also helps the ones that matter reach you later.
